I work as a Presenter, here at BBC news, and I came to Paul Chipp after about 6 months of maternity leave.

I really felt like I needed some impetus or a catalyst to help me to start training and to lose the baby weight in time for coming back to work and fitting into those dresses that I have to wear on air.

I tried a few things before, like running on my own or going to the gym on my own and doing weights, but nothing really made that big a difference and also diet was a really big issue.

The difference Paul made was that he really gave me the inspiration I needed to get out there and do extra exercise at home, to do weight training at home, and also he really kept an eye on my diet in the first few sessions I had with him.

That made a huge difference to my personal plan. So, in the end, I ended up losing around a stone and a half with Paul and I came into work feeling much more confident and much better about myself and also about the way that I look on screen and on air.

I couldn’t recommend Paul enough, he really does make a big difference, and the way he approaches training – which is basically all round training, not just focussing on certain aspects of your diet or certain aspects of the way you train.

I couldn’t recommend him highly enough and I can’t wait to get back in the gym with him again.
